Welcome to Maritime Pe. By accessing or using our website and mobile application for utility bill payments, mobile recharges, and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Account and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Maritime Pe. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • Accounts are strictly personal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and Maritime Pe holds no liability for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

Services and Transactions

  • Maritime Pe acts as a facilitator for processing mobile recharges, DTH top-ups, and utility bill payments through third-party operators and aggregators.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the recharge/biller account number and the selected operator. Maritime Pe is not responsible for transactions processed to incorrect numbers.
  • While we strive for instant processing, delays may occasionally occur due to telecom operator downtime, banking maintenance, or network issues.

Payments, Fees, and Refunds

  • We process payments securely via authorized gateways. Certain transactions may incur nominal convenience fees, which will be clearly displayed before checkout.
  • Refunds: If a payment is successfully deducted from your account but the recharge/bill payment fails on the operator's end, the amount will typically be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
  • Successful recharges and bill payments are final and strictly non-refundable.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Users must not use Maritime Pe for fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or any illegal activities.
  • Any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer the app, or manipulate the payment gateway will result in immediate permanent suspension and potential legal action.

Limitation of Liability

  • Maritime Pe acts solely as a utility intermediary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of operator networks and shall not be held liable for damages resulting from delayed utility payments or service disconnections by third-party providers.

Termination and Amendments

  • Maritime Pe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if a breach of these Terms is detected.
